Hi my name is Shannon Cosgrove, I have been grooming for 6 1/2 years including one year as a salon manager at Petsmart. I have experience in all breed cuts and styles, but my speciality is hair scissored cuts. As a groomer I treat every pet as if it was my own. I do what I can to reduce as much stress from the grooming as possible. I have prided myself in the enviornment I have created for your pets. I occupy a small room in the back of "Ruffing It" which is great for hard to handle dogs. We know how important it is that your pet isn't kenneled all day. So we groom only one dog at a time to ensure they are in and out, and also so my focus is on your dog only.
